We love art in all its mediums, bringing people together and making games that are engaging. In 2016 the seed for creating a business to sharing this with others was planted. On 21 March 2022 the seed took root and Thunderheads Playground was born.
Thunderhead was the name of one of the coolest pets we ever had, so in their memory our company has become their playground. We offer cool, creative and humorful art from a diverse group of artists in digital downloads, videos, clothing and accessories. Thunderheads Playground excusive games and books will also become available in the future.

Our Story
We met in 2010 while volunteering at the Prescott Zoo. We found compatibilities in all the same things. She helped me get my citizenship and we got married in 2011. Kira is the artist; and does all the drawing. My drawing abilities top out at stick figures :) One day at a job I had in 2014 (factory job) I had an idea for a board game that includes creatures, other worlds and mystery. Between work and life with 2 boys we are very close to completing the board game. We also have many other games, art and funny things we want to share with everyone out there.
Thunderheads Playground: Why the name?
Thunderhead was a pet bearded dragon that I had when Kira and I met. At the time I was a landscaper, and the bearded dragon would go everywhere with me on my shoulder. He was super chill and good with anyone. He is no longer alive however, in memory of him we created Thunderheads Playground LLC To bring humor, creative arts and entertainment to all that love to experience the richer side of life.
It's not enough to just exist but to enjoy all that exists.

In 2010, we met while volunteering at a zoo/sanctuary for animals in need and got married in 2011. Along with the structuring and day to day operations of the company, Kira is also an artist as art is her passion.

Born in the small town of Sandpoint Idaho. I spent my younger years drawing and helping with the family business of selling handmade items. Bringing artists together, sharing and creating visibility for artists has always been a dream of mine.
Because life's an adventure. Together we can make it a great one!
Born in the even smaller town of Skull Valley Arizona. I spent my younger years landscaping in the family business and creating worlds inside my head. Getting people to smile and laugh has always been a highlight. Making games that bring enjoyment... Is enjoyment.
